Q1: What scenarios will mini flashlight M2 be used?

A: It can be a kids flashlight for hiking, camping, or self-defense for emergencies. Also, thanks to its extremely compactness and lightweight, it can be attached to a keychain for everyday carry in case you need any bright tool. The rugged aluminum body withstands the rigors of keychain carry day in and day out.

Q2: What makes keychain light M2 so competitive in the market?
A: The unique feature of M2 is that it's the smallest brightest rechargeable keychain in the market till now. Small as 34mm long while achieving 200 lumens.

Another outstanding characteristic is the long runtime, which is a weakness of most mini lights. The 24 hours long runtime doubles that of most keychain torches in the market and allows M2 to work a whole day without stopping.

Q3: Can the battery of M2 be taken out for replacement?
A: M2 comes with a 200mAh built-in battery, which cannot be taken for replacement by users. You can charge M2 directly with the USB cable for power. In case you have any problem with charging, please be free to contact us for support.

Q4: How long will it take M2 for a full charge?
A: M2 features Micro USB fast charging technology, which takes only one hour for a full charge.

Q5: How can I know if my M2 has finished charging or not?
A: The charging indicator shows red when the light is in charging and turns green when charging is finished.

Q6: How can I get access to Strobe?
A: As one of the smallest emergency flashlights, M2 features the "momentary" Strobe function. No matter if the light is on or off, just press and hold the switch for 1 second to access Strobe.

Q7: What is the color temperature of the mini flashlight M2 LED?
A: The color temperature is about 6000K and belongs to cold white light.

Q8: What does the low output 5 lumens for?
A: The output of 5 lumens is perfect to use in the tent at night when going car camping and backpacking, or waking to go to the restroom. Too bright would be dazzling.

Q9: How do you test the light for technical data?
A: The data is the actual testing data in the lab as per ANSI standard. We randomly tested 10pcs and took the average. The data has no exaggeration at all. And we share the graph on the package with users.

Q10: What about the warranty terms?
A: We offer easy, reliable, and speedy service to M2 under our warranty.

We will offer free repair within 5 years for lights from the date of purchase if the problem develops with normal use.
